Job Description

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Compliance Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Assistant Compliance Officer will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs, conducting audits, and ensuring that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and policies.
  2. Conduct regular audits to identify compliance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  3. Monitor and assess compliance risks and provide guidance to management and employees.
  4. Review and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  5. Assist in the investigation of compliance violations and recommend disciplinary actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory authorities.
  9. Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
  10. Conduct internal reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with company policies.
