Job Description

Position: Regional Head-Sales RecruiterYears of Experience: 3 to 5 YearsRoles and Responsibility :

  • Develop recruitment funnel in follow parameters
  • Sourcing
  • Screening
  • Assessing
  • Interviewing
  • Verifying
  • Offering
  • Hiring
  • Relationship building with Local Sales lead team.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboard through MIS.
  • Mentor and train junior team members in the team.
Who you are: (Must Have)Experienced 4-5 years of sales Recruitment experience in the domain of Fintech Business.
  • Good Written and spoken communication skills in English, and Regional Language.
  • Have handled 2-3 recruiters? team under direct supervision.
  • Graduate in any displace.
Good to have:
  • HR certification or specialized certification in recruitment in an added advantage.
  • Experience setting up and deploying regional level recruitment team
  • Experience working with different stake holders.
