Job Description

Job descriptionSales Engineer to work within our Sales team in Khobar. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-orientated professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Service Providers, Drilling Contractors, and End-user business environment, to get involved in a fast dynamic environment.Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and cultivate relationships at all levels inside a targeted End User, with a view to promoting Desert Worlds Company for Trading?s full range of products, services and technical capabilities.
  • Accept responsibility for, and manage, steps and stages of the commercial relationship with each customer, starting with the introduction of the Desert Worlds Company for Trading to new customers to the full and final payment of customers? debts to the company.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure good customer service and the satisfaction of customers? requests within company guidelines.
  • Create and maintain strategic plans for each targeted customer.
  • Solicit, manage and respond to enquiries from targeted customers in a timely manner to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Understand and communicate each customer?s requirements.
  • Develop and implement an aggressive customer visit plan, based on customer classification.
  • Maintain excellent reporting on sales activities, visit reporting, quotations and results, customer activities, forecasts, supplier activities and business development planning.
  • Promote and apply added-value technical solutions at each customer, where beneficial.
  • Understand in detail, and follow, the company?s systems, processes and procedures.
  • Take all steps possible to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
