Calculate and process commission payments for sales team
Ensures commission and incentive payments have been properly processed.
Perform commission analysis to identify errors and discrepancies
Collaborate with Sales, Finance and IT teams to resolve issues with commission payments
Prepare commission reports and provide recommendations for process improvement
Maintain accurate commission records and documentation
Responds to escalated calls from the sales force and brokers regarding complex commission or sales incentive-related processing problems.
Prepares monthly/quarterly commission and sales incentive payment summary reports for management.
Develops and implements commission/incentive processing policies and procedures.
Responsible for the completion of commission or incentive audits.
Develops and implements process improvements. Identifies payment processing system enhancements.
Participates in and leads other commission and sales incentive projects as needed.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
