Job Knowledge & Responsibilities:• Actively engage with project stakeholders to scope and align technical requirements during (pre)sales, pilot, and roll-out phases.• In-depth IT knowledge is essential with excellent know-how to design solutions from scratch.• Direct Liaison with customer and customer’s teams and delivery teams tasked with executing the projects to ensure that the technical scope of projects is clearly defined, customer’s expectations are met and delivered as per requirements ensuring smooth collaboration at all phases of the project.• Ensuring technical and solution KPI alignment to control project scope and budget.• Regular reporting on progress, with full ownership of overall delivery of assigned projects, manage contractual relationships with implementation partners for build and run phases, and recommend the best practices for technology solutions based on client business needs.• Read and understand technical drawing to determine the bill of quantities, and define technical scope.• Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to refine scope and deliverables to customers and manage all technical aspects of (pre)sales, sandbox/pilot, build & run phases.• Closely cooperate with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into the product roadmap and showcasing our latest developments to clients.• Build technical delivery capabilities through selected partnerships to manage the entire project lifecycle from the initial planning and budgeting to successful implementation and support. Proactively manage risk, dependencies, quality, and change requests• Own technology and implementation partnership agreements, including owning SLA agreements, for outsourced implementation and support services.• Manage final delivery operations and create regular ‘heatmaps’ where technology and delivery risks for existing projects are identified, while pro-actively seeking solutions with internal products teams and technology partners• To deliver complex solutions to clients from presales to production along with the preparation of detailed business solution and technical proposals.• Support Director S&M with the negotiation of contracts with customers to ensure appropriate, risk-limiting contracts are achieved.•Responsible for the solution designing for low current/telecom and ICT systems•Solutions for CCTV/Physical security•AV and PA solutions•Building/designing solution with value engineering, conducting surveys•Association with major brands and certification•Estimation of the solution/systems on urgency.•Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored, technical presentations and proposals.•Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.•Provide product demonstrations and answer technical queries during the sales process.•Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.•Study Bids packages and extract the BOQs and requirements.•Work deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.•Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.•Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders.
