Sr. Construction ManagerJob Location : KhobarJob Summary:We need an experienced Sr. Construction Manager to oversee our large-scale projects and developing a budget, timeline to accelerate the growth of industrial construction projects in utility sector.Duties & Responsibilities:?Developing and implementing strategic project plans that expand a company?s customer base and solidify its presence?Forecasting and creating annual project quotas for regions and territories to determine strategic sales objectives.?Negotiate new contract and potential projects with clients and general contractors to agree on timelines and budgets?Identifies new fields of projects or services offerings to better meet the needs of existing clients or markets. Leads the development and submission of proposals for specialized or general industrial or construction projects.?Direct and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards?Direct on-site production staff to ensure efficient utilization of materials and labor, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field?10+ years experience in Industrial construction, with at least 5 years in a management role?Proven track record of successful project completion on time and within budget?Strong understanding of construction contracts and negotiation strategies?Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills?Proven experience in utility project including cooling solutions
