HVAC EngineerJob Location : KhobarResponsibilities :? Design and implement heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.? Supervise and direct a workforce of Facility and Maintenance Technicians? Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC mechanical plumbing electrical and various other building systems to maintain the properties in peak operational condition? Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems. Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels. Installing HVAC components? Conduct energy audits to identify where system and operational changes can be made to decrease the propertys energy consumption? Oversee annual service work on chillers, cooling towers, and pump systems to optimize the operations of the system.? Utilized building design and construction techniques knowledge and blueprints up to and including roofing windows structural facade systems HVAC electronic and plumbing systems for building preventive maintenance and repairRequirements :? Bachelors degree: Mechanical Engineering or a related field.? 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.? Should also be familiar with editing, opening, and reading drawings in AutoCAD / MicroStation? Must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international/Saudi Aramco codes and standards, procedures, and specifications? Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and maintenance.? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
