Procurement SpecialistJob Location : KhobarRequirements:?Bachelor?s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a similar field.?1-3 years of experience as a Procurement specialist or in a similar role.?Good in English, writing and speaking.?Excellent mathematics skills.?Good knowledge in shipping terms?Good knowledge in excel.?Able to work under pressure.?Experience related to Chemicals, Lab Equipment and Medical fields is preferred.?Good communication skills.Job responsibilities:?Sourcing best prices and authentic suppliers using fastest reliable mediums, negotiating & alternate sourcing to increase profitability, providing accurate freight & compliance estimations and comprehensive purchase quotes to the Sales including all details.?Process Purchase orders with highest accuracy referring to purchase quotes, negotiating for additional discount or better payment terms wherever possible, ensuring compliances for imports are met before orders are placed, costs are analyzed with highest accuracy, orders are sent to suppliers with complete details and requirements, payments are liaised with Accounts and after systematic follow up until readiness shipments are planned in the best possible means considering cost-saving and fastest MOT.?Drafting, checking and confirming Shipment documents, verifying compliance requirements by referring to PO instruction, preparing internal shipment references and passing complete data and documents to External Inbound team, coordinating between internal and external references for any requirement in expediting shipments, systematic follow up for all shipments up to GRN without any gap, maintaining and constantly updating information based on progress in a comprehensive database from Sales order up to arrival at warehouse for all external orders. Taking corrective actions against NCR from warehouse and maintaining in a log until closed
