Job Title: BMS Testing & Commissioning EngineerEducational Qualifications: BE in ElectricalTotal Monthly Salary: SAR 2,500-3,000Experience: 2+ years of Testing & Commissioning in BMS/HVAC products.Should be currently working with one of the following companies:??Schneider?Honeywell?Johnson controls?Netix?https://www.csesolutionsindia.com/?https://www.mbautomation.co.in/?www.samconcontrolpanel.com?http://adarshaautomation.com/?https://cotmac.io/?http://www.foxindia.net/This position will be responsible for designing and implementing BMS tools for HVAC systems i.e. Boilers, Chillers, Air Handling Units, Roof Top Unit, Fan Coil Unit and Variable Air Volume.This position is also responsible for industrial automation tools (SCADA, PLC and HMI configuration), Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance for existing systems and different industries.?Estimating the man task for engineering and managing the work hours for the team.?Responsible for generating a BOM for a project.?Responsible for developing and modifying automation systems with PLC programming.?Making and analysing the sequence of a project to develop a program.?Responsible for designing, programming, simulating and testing automated machinery and processes.?Designing and configuring (HMI and SCADA) with DDC and PLC.?Designing a Software program for DDC controllers and for supervisory Controllers.?Preparing a Test plan, check off Sheet for All the HVAC systems.?Making communication between devices using various protocol (SNP (RS 232, RS 485), MODBUS, TCP/IP, PROFIBUS, OFC and BACnet MSTP/IP) and developing Database for Niagara network with FX work Bench.?Perform responsibilities of providing technical support and guidance to trainees and junior engineers.?Interacting with the customer and regular visit to the site to know the market potential.
