Job Description

Job Summary: To assist the development and implementation of HR and Administration strategy including policies, procedures and plans to enable the achievement of organisational objectives. Provision of advice and support the staff on day-to-day HR activities. Contribute to the development of HR systems, processes, policies, and procedures. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies and procedures equitably and fairly.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files containing contracts, visa details, leave records, training history, performance appraisals and promotions, salary increments and other rewards etc.
  • Maintaining effective salary structure management, titles management and responsibility center management within HRMS system in line with updated HR Policy and organizational structures.
  • Maintain HR records and database
  • Administer leave applications and ensure travel arrangements for leave are provided.
  • Administer the timely, accurate and confidential processing of payroll and other compensation payments to employees.
  • Liaise with Government Relations and Administration to ensure visa exit/re-entry requirements are satisfied.
  • Create and manage a robust new entrant procedure including IT, communications, banking, Iqama, transport, accommodation, etc.
  • Assists develop and produce periodical HR metric reports.
  • Provide basic counselling to staff who have performance-related obstacles.
  • Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance, first line disciplinary responsibility.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Participate in planning, design, development, tests and implementation of new systems or system enhancements and internal procedures and controls to produce consistent level of accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Monitoring usage of leaves and preparation of leave reports as required. Processing of Leaves requests.
  • Monitor the Business Travel process.
  • Administering travel requirements for all employees and eligible dependents.
  • Ensuring Leave Requests are submitted in compliance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Processing request for ERE/Exit visas and tickets.
  • Updating leave and flight balances in HRMS system for generating accurate accrual reports.
  • Checking of travel agency invoices and recovery of any airfare excess from employee?s salary.
  • preparation of Leave salary advances for employees departing on vacation.
  • Providing management reports on exceptions to policy and processing status.
  • Participate in arranging and running organized Company events.
  • Ensure that the social insurance contributions are calculated in accordance with prevailing GOSI regulations.
  • Co-ordinate with employee full & final entitlement preparation by checking and ensuring that any dues to be recovered from employee or not in terms of House allowance advances, excess air fare, extra ticket cost, private telephone calls, salary loans or advances, bank loans.
  • Provide advice and information on Human Resource related issues.
  • Oversee workers? compensation claims as necessary.
  • Assist and support manager and department section heads.
Education and Experience
  • BSc in Human Resources (or equivalent).
  • 5 years HR/Administration experience.
  • A professional certificate is preferable.
  • Knowledge of both Saudi and international HR laws and practices.
  • Knowledge of establishing metrics including analysis of leading and lagging indicators.
