Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Expedition Specialist to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As an Expedition Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating expeditions and outdoor activities for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and design customized expedition itineraries to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during expeditions, and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire experience.This Role involves managing the import logistics starting from order expedition, freights and shipping, customs clearance, exemptions tills delivery to company warehouses.Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, and coordinate expeditions and outdoor activities for clients.
  2. Consult with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and design customized expedition itineraries.
  3. Research and select appropriate locations, accommodations, and transportation options for expeditions.
  4. Arrange necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for expeditions.
  5. Provide clients with detailed information about the expedition, including safety guidelines, equipment requirements, and itinerary.
  6. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during expeditions, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  7. Manage logistics for expeditions, including transportation, accommodation, and meals.
  8. Coordinate with local guides, instructors, and other service providers to ensure a smooth and successful expedition.
  9. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during expeditions, and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of clients.
  10. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire expedition experience, and address any concerns or feedback from clients.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Outdoor Recreation, Tourism, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in planning and coordinating expeditions or outdoor activities.
  3. Strong knowledge of outdoor activities and destinations in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proficient in using computer software and online tools for research, planning, and communication.
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
