  • Monitor accounts on a daily basis
  • Identify outstanding account receivables
  • Investigate historical data for debts and invoice
  • Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
  • Resolve billing issues
  • Resolve customer credit issues
  • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
  • Update account status records
  • Prepare and present reports on collection
  • Coordinating and supervising supply request processes and related information
  • Maintain delivery records and ensure that the customer signs the invoice
  • Informing management of any obstacles to carrying out supply operations
Qualifications
  • High school degree, diploma, or bachelor?s degree (considered a plus)
  • Experience 1 years or more
