Sales Coordinator

Job Description

1. identify customer needs and match them with applicable company products.
2. analyze and present data relating to competitors, products, sales and assist in the preparation of business reports, contracts and presentations.
3. implement and monitor customers segmentation & service level adjustment by assisting the sales manager.
4. liaise with internal & external stakeholders at all levels to ensure that customers requirements with services expectations are met.
5. coordinate activities of internal & external delivery resources to ensure efficient transportation of company assets.
6. assist the sales manager in coordination, development and execution of key account strategy on all sales level.
7. assist the sales manager with sales reports for setting the sales plan and controlling the advertisements for export purpose.
8. provide monthly report containing sales figures, marginal contributions to sales GM.
9. assist the sales manager by providing the useful data collected from customers for using in budgeting.
10. get the feedback from customers regarding product quality to use in periodic reports.
11. all other duties as assigned by sales management.
