Job Description

A. Accountabilities:? Responsible for servers spread across operations and maintenance control rooms, the hardware and maintenance. ? Handle Servers are Dell Servers and the Workstations (HP and Dell product domain)? Response to applications and software related queries through vendor communication.? Responsible for regular backups, maintenance and provide hardware and spare parts of all the workstations, printers, servers, switches and related failure.? Update Antivirus on the Workstations and Servers Domain. ? In charge for all Onshore/Offshore IT related equipment (Switches, Routers, Servers, Printers and consumables, Workstations, LCDs, Peripherals etc.,) B. Qualification:? At least five years? experience in Microsoft domain system and services application administration and active directory administration.? Operating system and server?s version Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 at worksite.? Experience of solving LAN&WAN problems/Troubleshooting.? Experienced in DELL servers and workstations service and maintenance? Strong knowledge of Honeywell Uniformance PHD administration and service? Knowledge of Process Control network architect (Honeywell EPKS R4xx is preferred)? Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry? Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as wellC. Education / Qualifications:? Degree in Computer/Electronics related areaD. Accreditation: ? MCSE Certified E. Experience: ? At least five years? experience in Microsoft domain system and services application administration and active directory administration.
