1. Responsible for inputting solution, pricing and service provisioning related information in internal BSS(Business support system) & CRM systems;2. To become specialist in internal sales support related workflows like BSS, CRM and train new colleagues about the systems;3. To propose solutions that comprise telecommunication and ICT products to cope with enterprise customers? needs;4. To involve in the whole process of pre-sales cycle-Customer meeting, user requirement study, solution design, presentation, demonstration, proposal writing and answer RFP/bid;5. To coordinate with vendors/suppliers, HQ and Domestic Branches office of China telecom and periodically provide training to sales team and sales support team?.6. Responsible for telecom service provisioning for products like dedicated internet access, IEPL, EVPL, MPLS VPN and SD-WAN;
