Standard Work Analysis, Line Balancing, Kaizen Mindset, Process Reduction, etc.? Support to develop Self Jishuken Activity Programme? Provide OJT to achieve target skills and promote best practices? Regular gathering of YEL kaizen every month? Identifying kaizens that can be applied to YOKOTEN.? Getting approval and follow-up on Kaizens to be standardized? Supporting the implementation of Kaizen practices with Japan in all YEL? Reporting and sharing with YEL and PCC teams? Promote Kaizen awareness in the plants? Promote NYS activity coaching NYS tools? Examination and qualification of trainees? Skill management of trainees (re-examination, arrangement of specialized trainings)? NYS university education document preparation and training? Seven levels, Golden list, Kaizen and development in jishuken?
