  • Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
  • SAP Procurement module knowledge
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • Certification related to Supply Chain, SAP (Plus Point)
The purpose of this position is to design, analyze and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors.Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs, generates, reviews and implements complex reports to support sourcing requirements.
  • Work with buyers to support the Category Teams to provide streamlined data analysis for development of category plan, business cases, sourcing activities, process improvements, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. Help to Identify Opportunities and efficiencies
  • Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.
  • Extract, analyze and report data in order to improve procurement efficiencies.
  • Provides procurement support, focusing on multiple simple- to-complex, commodities, specific technologies, to develop expertise
  • Gather and analyze key procurement metrics in order to support category analytics.
  • From time to time, the position will be called upon to prepare and present reports to Procurement Category teams.
  • Collects and rationalizes complex data from multiple sources. Ensures data integrity and accuracy. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s).
  • Coordinates with souring team and peers to aggregate data align reporting.
  • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
  • Identification and closure of idle PRs that have been open in SAP for substantial amount of time.
  • Identification and closure of open POs that have been open in SAP for more than 2 months after their validity end date.
  • Monitoring of vendor registration process
  • Monitoring and reporting of savings from estimated amount
  • Monitoring and reporting of KPIs of each individual buyer for PR to PO cycle
  • Monitoring and reporting of KPIs of invoice parking and further processing.
