B.E/MS/M. Eng in Mechanical Engineering˙from an HEC recognized institute/university
Experience:
Minimum 5 years? relevant working experience (Prior working experience on plumbing systems design and implementation at large consulting firm and contracting firms)
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mechanical design for Meezan buildings, encompassing both upcoming and existing structures
Specialize in plumbing design, ensuring the efficient and sustainable water supply and drainage systems within the buildings
Collaborate with architects and other engineering teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building plans
Develop innovative and practical plumbing solutions that meet building codes and regulations, while maximizing user comfort and water conservation
Oversee the selection of appropriate plumbing materials, fixtures, and equipment
Visit construction sites to monitor the installation and execution of mechanical systems, with a particular focus on plumbing
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and construction teams to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
Skills Required:
Autocad- HVAC & BMS, Maintenance software, proficient in MS office
Must have strong expertise on all plumbing fixtures and faucets
Must have expertise of water engineering- worked on water conservation projects -underground water extraction projects
Designing expertise of sewage systems of vertically integrated buildings
