B.E/MS/M. Eng in Mechanical Engineering˙from an HEC recognized institute/university
Experience:
8 years of relevant working experience˙
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage mechanical projects, including but not limited to Chillers, BMS, Elevators, and Plumbing systems, from initiation to completion
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians
Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are well-coordinated and aligned with project objectives
Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and operation of Chillers, BMS, Elevators, and Plumbing systems
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures to ensure uninterrupted system functionality
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and management
Provide regular project updates and address inquiries and concerns
Skills Required:
AutoCAD- HVAC & BMS, Maintenance software, proficient in MS office
Strong Expertise of working on plumbing systems at vertically integrated buildings
Chiller Maintenance along with execution of installation work for Gas and Electric chillers˙
Hands on Elevator design evaluation/installation, BMS implementation and relevant maintenance, building allied mechanical works (Installation and maintenance)
