Our many long-term, successful partnerships are built upon trust, integrity and successful delivery and execution.Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction related to applications and systems to deliver robust and scalable solutions that results in achieving Company?s vision and mission.Responsible for co-developing the technical strategy with the Chief Technology Officer, and for developing and maintaining a technical roadmap that will continue to innovate from a technical standpoint.Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business goals with team, leadership, and with customers.Provide guidance to IT/Infrastructure department in bringing up organization wide infrastructure improvements.Develop and monitor the engineering processes within the team.Establishes, communicates, and implements engineering and development policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent operations.Support constantly changing priorities between product features, availability, performance, security, and reliability.Act as overall in charge of the escalations and handling from internal and external stakeholders and give directions for future improvements.Establish strong relationships with diverse teams spanning all organizational levels and other relevant stakeholders.Work with leadership in developing retention policies and attracting new talentAlign department goals without affecting existing initiatives and work according to company?s vision and strategic plan for resource building and successor planning.Represent 10Pearls during sales pitches by showing highly advanced skillset and resources available within 10pearls.May perform other duties as assigned
