Right now, we are actively growing the player acquisition direction in Hattori, and we are looking for several people for a long-term position who can manage a team of promoters.In the future, we plan to scale this direction even more and build a full department with good motivation and growth inside the team.WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:- find and build a team of Brand Promoters- manage promoters- control their work and KPI- manage tables and reports- be responsible for workflow and organization- help the team reach player acquisition goalsYou will be an important and key part of bringing new players into the project.FROM OUR SIDE:- all materials: instructions and ready system- help and support in workREQUIREMENTS:- responsibility- organization skills- motivation to get results and prove itWORK FORMAT:- full-time- remote work- flexible schedule- around 8 hours per daySALARY:- from $400 to $2000 per monthPayments: 2 times per monthYour income includes:- fixed salary- KPI bonuses from promoter team results- extra income from the referral systemHow it works:Each promoter is connected to a team lead through the referral system.
