About the job UI/UX DesignerWe are seeking an experienced and talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to develop compelling design solutions that meet both business and user needs.??Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and make informed design decisions
  • Develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile applications
  • Ensure that designs are intuitive and meet the needs of target users
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
  • Present designs and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership?
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital product design
  • Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience with designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and experience with user research and testing
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate/ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field
