Job Description

Location KarachiQualification Minimum bachelors, preferably in transportation management, logistics, project management or similar.Experience Minimum˙5 years of experience as a transportation specialist in a related industry.Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in transportation management software.˙
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel out-station in case of cargo damage during accidents.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate transport services, plan routes, and notify transporter in advance.˙
  • Negotiate contracts, handle payments, and maintain budget efficiency.˙
  • Manage transportation documentation, monitor driver tracking, and meet KPIs consistently.˙
  • Develop and refine transportation policies.˙
  • Act as liaison between logistics team and transporter.˙
  • Assess driver performance, address customer queries, and resolve complaints promptly.
