The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within scope, time, and budget constraints.Job Responsibilities:ú Project/Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple technical projects/programs concurrently, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.ú Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.ú Resource Allocation and Team Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, manage project budgets, and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.ú Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and deliverables.ú Quality Assurance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to project management best practices, oversee quality assurance processes, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.ú Scope and Change Management: Manage project scope, assess change requests, and facilitate decision-making processes to accommodate changes while balancing project constraints.ú Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, evaluate project performance metrics, and implement lessons learned to optimize project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:ú Proven experience 02 years) in technical project management or program management roles, overseeing complex projects/programs from initiation to completion.ú Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.ú Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Microsoft Project) and related software.ú Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.Preferred Qualifications:ú Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).ú Experience managing projects/programs involving software development, IT infrastructure, or technology implementations.ú Familiarity with risk management, budget management, and resource planning.ú Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools for Agile project management.ú Experience working in a client-facing role or consulting environment.Other details:
