  • Assist in new admissions, handling admission formats, and following up with prospective students.
  • Address and resolve old students concerns and feedback.
  • Manage and respond to social media queries related to students and prospects.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions and student reviews.
  • Support in the preparation of student-related materials and documentation.
?? Accounts Support:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and financial records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
  • Help in the preparation and filing of tax returns when required.
?? Experience:? 1-3 years of experience in administration, accounts, or a related field.? Prior experience in student support, finance, or office management is a plus.?? Qualification:?? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.?? Candidates with relevant diplomas or certifications will also be considered.
