Site Name: Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Posted Date: Mar 14 2023 Note: This is a one year contractual role Job Purpose The Communications Officer will support the Site Communications Lead to create clear and consistent messages using multiple communication platforms and will have a creative flair to design innovative communications for internal employees and external stakeholders. The role support to incorporates site culture & employee morale into communications & sustainability to keep high pace with the changing employee expectations. Education & Experience Bachelor or Master?s degree (preferably Pharm D or Chemistry) 1 to 1.5 years of experience in quality and production or in both streams Key Responsibilities The purpose is to support in Deployment and delivery of site communications strategy, internal communications plan and cultural improvement and engagement plan across sites Support site sustainability lead to ensure sustainability dashboard activities are performed along with data trending and related alert generation. As a result, employees should be able to understand and advocate for our site and our company priorities while still being able to see a clear line of sight from their own personal contribution to the wider performance and progress of the business. The role will also include: Keeping employees at all levels informed of change, performance and progress at the site. Being involved in delivering the site?s communications strategy. Organising town halls, site conferences and specific campaigns. Writing, designing and giving presentations related with sustainability and communications Drafting news stories, case studies and site announcements for internal and external communications channels from digital to print. Preparing materials ranging from videos and multimedia packages, print materials and face-to-face briefing packs. Perform Gemba of different areas in accordance with sustainability KPIs & fundamentals sustainability. Creating clear and consistent messages using multiple communication platforms. Embedding the culture, mindset and behaviours required by our values. Interacting with different levels of the business to ensure the appropriate approach is taken to engage staff across all functions.
