Effective listening skills, analytical ability to diagnose problems, resolve conflict and develop practical solutions Experience 2 years + PQE Key Responsibilities This role supports the FPA & Finance Partners for Growth and Performance Markets Prepare analysis on total GEM & PEM markets to support deriving management insights Provide robust and standard financial analysis and benchmarking Support to establish and document WoW that streamline the financial reporting, planning and analysis activity Support reporting and analysis for GEM & PEM markets for monthly actuals, variance analysis and delivering robust and standardized analysis Prepare and present financial data analytics on both actuals and forecasts. Directly lead interface across supply chain and commercial finance (ICSS, CBS, Finance partners and supply chain finance) Support actions to successfully drive and embed ONE P&L culture and performance Support implementation of Financial strategy across GEM and PEM Supply chain to ensure i) appropriate balance between delivery of short term financial commitments and long term value ii) productivity is delivered without compromising safety, quality and compliance iii) maximizing enterprise value and returns Own delivery of monthly , quarterly and full year P&L and Balance Sheet reporting and analysis and is accountable for accuracy of actuals and forecasts Process owner for Working capital ( Inventory, provisions and write-offs) and inculcating appropriate controls to ensure accuracy and delivery of targets. Collaborate with Central teams to ensure full transparency and accuracy in reporting inventory valuations.
