No matter what team you?re a part of, joining us you can create real impact.As a channel account manager, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospect and existing channel partners in Pakistan. You will manage all PSCD products- Laptops, Desktops, Work Stations, Monitors, Services and Accessories.These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners to expand sales
• Interact very closely with the accounts to ensure they are ready and well enabled to promote and sell the company?s line of products
• Oversee implementation of targeted brand programs and campaigns in the channel
• Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives
• Educate partner community on programs and execute accordingly, and influence the adoption of Multi Products
• Train partners on Lenovo products.
• Understand competitive landscape and develop sales and marketing tactics to take advantage of our strengths and minimize the risk of our weaknesses.

OrganizationYou will report to SMB Segment Head supporting customers in Pakistan. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.What you?ll bring/ Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years? experience in IT Channel/VAR sales in Pakistan.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills are a must with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

• Proven experience in achieving & overachieving sales targets
• Proficient in selling Products? value vs Products? specs.
• Experience in dealing with Channel Partners in Pakistan.
• Customer oriented with the ability to listen, organize, and execute key initiatives for channel development and customer satisfaction
