To ensure culture & mindset sustainability at all levels of organization. ? This role will deliver high quality communication across the sites to increase staff engagement, alignment and support site leaders on culture and employee engagement, what?s driving sentiment at sites along with guidance and counsel in the event of site issues, crisis or change at site level. ? The role understands and incorporates site culture & employee morale into communications & sustainability to keep high pace with the changing employee expectations. Education & Experience: Bachelor or Master?s degree 3 to 5 years of experience (preferable in pharmaceutical industry Responsibilities: ? Develop and deliver site communications strategy, internal communications plan and cultural improvement and engagement plan across sites, ensuring a joined-up and consistent and engaging approach for the sustainability of culture and mindset. ? Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. ? Ensure sustainability dashboard activities are performed along with data trending and related alert generation. ? Perform Gemba of different areas in accordance with sustainability KPIs & fundamentals sustainability. ? Working with site leadership team to amplify, put in context and, when appropriate, adapt global internal communications to meet the needs of the employees (in terms of format, language, channels, etc.), to help our people understand their contribution to the broader business strategy. ? Establishing a cadence of communication at sites, including interactive events (e.g., town halls) and other approaches to help leaders set direction and engage their people, building a strong sense of purpose.
