Job Description

  • Ensure all Operational activities directed towards commendable services from DSV and also those that augments the client?s business interests favorably.ÿ
  • Proactively analyze and align PO forecasts / Cargo Planning / Expertly oversee and optimize origin dwell time / Compliance and Reporting Mastery relates to customer requirements
  • Meet with client representatives regularly / attending MBR & QBR for overall business review and feedback on the services and keep a check on the key KPIs agreed with them.
  • Keep track of the traffic behavior of the client?s business and be alert to any new business opportunity.
  • Regular contact with all stakeholders involved and spearhead communication with destinations / counterparts.
  • Keep updated about all the requirements of the customer as well as newer trends in the market.
  • Ensure systematic filing of the details of client, for common access.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of Systems provided ? EDI, D-Track & Web Portals to the benefit of the client and to enhance our efficiency.
  • Working closely with other cross functional departments
  • Ensuring adherence to all compliance, company policy, rules and regulation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of 5-10 years in relevant capacity of handling Global customer business ÿwithin the freight forwarding industry.
  • Graduation in any stream, and fluent in English.
  • MS Office skills and good knowledge of IT systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
