Careem operates in over 70 cities across 10 countries, from Morocco to Pakistan.About the teamWe are looking for an experienced Outsourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Pakistan. The specialist will play a crucial role in managing the outsourcing of talent acquisition processes to external service providers. The incumbent will closely work with the in-house TA team, stakeholders and the agency to ensure effective execution of the TA process. He/she shall be responsible for overseeing all outsourced functions, maintaining strong relationships with vendors, and ensuring alignment with the organizations talent acquisition strategy.What youll do

  • Establish and maintain close relationship with third-party vendors and serve as a primary point of contact
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers to determine their hiring needs and selection criteria
  • Provide support and guidance to vendors in sourcing , screening and scheduling interviews across Pakistan for both Tech and Non-Tech roles
  • Provide regular feedback to stakeholders on the progress of all outsourced recruitment activities
  • Address and communicate concerns from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner to the Agency
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the outsourced recruitment process through automation and streamlining measures
  • Manage contract negotiation in collaboration with stakeholders and Agency
  • Monitor the performance of the agencies onboard to improve recruitment metrics
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and recruitment policies
What youll need
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other relevant field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Vendor Management, ideally someone who has agency experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
