About the job Senior / Purchase Executive

  • Filing System of Purchase Orders.
  • Take complete understanding from buyer for their branding artworks dimensions strength of packaging.
  • Liaise with store, material planning division and other relevant departments to ensure all progress of orders and requisition are well communicated.
  • Execute of Purchase orders and service purchase orders.
  • Delivery and payment follow up
  • Maintain all purchase requisition, GRN, DCs and invoices.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Qualification & Expertise:
  1. B.com/BBA (SCM)
  2. Experience in any reputable Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Packaging company with at least 05 years experience.
  3. ERP and Computer Skills
