  • Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Project or similar software.
  • Write User Stories Collaboration among team members.
Qualifications:
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) managing software development projects, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
