****The Senior Merchandiser will be instrumental in managing our apparel product line, spearheading our inside sales team, and capitalizing on market insights to drive sales growth. This role requires you to work during the evening to support New York timezone.ÿ**Key Responsibilities:**1. Oversee the development and management of apparel product lines and range planning.2. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer behavior to refine our product offerings.3. Control and manage product stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.4. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure top-quality products and timely delivery.5. Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners for cost-effective sourcing and delivery.6. Lead and manage the inside sales team, setting sales goals, monitoring team performance, and providing training as needed.7. Leverage HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, analyze sales data, and enhance the efficiency of sales efforts.8. Coordinate product launches and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.9. Mentor junior merchandisers, promoting a supportive and team-oriented environment.10. Prepare and present accurate and timely reports for senior management.11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise and implement impactful sales and marketing strategies.12. Ensure all business operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.**Qualifications:**1. Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the apparel industry.3. Experience in managing an inside sales team.4. Deep understanding of the fashion industry, market trends, and customer behavior.5. Proven experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.6. Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.7. Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office Suite.8. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team.9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.10.
