Their team of creative professionals carefully evaluate each project in order to adhere to both financial and time constraints, and over the years theyve become known as a top Data Consultancy firm.??We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team who helps to grow our UK-based data consultancy in Karachi, Pakistan. This role is perfect for someone ambitious with a background in finance, offering a mix of leadership, client management, and strategic development.Role Importance:Youll be key in strengthening our client relationships and expanding our operations. Your work will help shape our services and team from the early stages, aiming for major growth.??Key Responsibilities:??

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client interactions, specializing in finance and FP&A sectors.
  • Technical Leadership and Solution Delivery: Use your skills in Power BI, SQL, and data engineering to create targeted data solutions for the finance industry.
  • Team Development and Management: Build and lead our data analyst team, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Strategic Development and Expansion: Drive efforts to enhance our services and expand the team to over 20 members within two years.
Key Skills and Attributes:
  • ?Finance Expertise: Strong finance knowledge, especially FP&A, to effectively handle client projects.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing relationships and guiding the team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in data analytics, with a focus on financial operations.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A visionary mindset with a drive for business growth and team development.

??Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
