  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends
  • Generating new leads and opportunities through targeted outreach efforts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both new and existing
  • Developing and presenting proposals to potential clients that showcase our IT staff augmentation services
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Attending industry events and networking to build brand awareness and develop new business relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience.˙
  • Knowledge of˙Staff Augmentation/Staffing sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with Hubspot.
  • Product knowledge of IT Staff Augmentation Services.
Job Timings: 08:30 pm to 5:30 am
