About the job RENEWABLE INVOICING & OPERATIONAL ANALYSTCOMPANY OVERVIEWOur Client, a Karachi based newly established Renewable Energy company, seeks to appoint experiencedprofessionals for the following role:The position of Renewable Invoicing & Operational Analyst will report to Manager Data Management and willbe responsible for overseeing all operational & financial data of operational power plants. Key duties includemanaging invoicing and billing processes, handling accounting transactions, maintaining ledgers, andoverseeing & collaborating with asset management data teams.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle accounting transactions, including recording and reconciling payments and expenses.
  • Maintain and update financial ledgers, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of ledger entries to ensure compliance with company policies and accountingstandards.
  • Oversee data management practices to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Implement and maintain systems for effective data storage and retrieval.
  • Coordinate with auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Address any issues or queries raised by auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Identify areas for improvement in accounting and data management processes.
  • Implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness.
Education
  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with SAP modules, FICO, MM etc.
  • Proven experience in accounting and data management roles, preferably in renewable energy.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and data management tools.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Age
  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 33 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
