Trouble shooting specially for Server and Storage of Dell and IBM.RAID Configuration o Preferably ITIL certified (Minimum standard ITIL Foundation)Ability to understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, emails etc.Must demonstrate a progressive understanding and technical ability to install, maintain and support server, desktop, notebooks, Networks and other commonly used applications (Windows Server & Client, MS Office, etc.)Maintenance upgrades for the implementation of patches, along with software and hardware upgrades.Hands on Experience on O/S Installation of Microsoft / Linux etc.Drivers & Firmware Installation and Update.Deployment of Servers & Storage.Knowledge of IT best practices and willingness to share knowledge and experience to train and mentor team.
