This role will support the following Vertical businesses (Food, Groceries, Bike, Express) as well as our Enabling Functions (Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs) by identifying and researching issues/challenges; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations in line with Careem?s purpose, values and goals.You will support leaders by managing employee relations, driving people engagement activities and acting as counsel for our colleagues on peoples matters/challenges to ensure that our teams are capable, engaged and fulfilled in their roles.This role reports to the Director of People Engagement and will require collaboration with colleagues within the business as well as the wider People team.You will be expected to:
