By improving treatment, we will not only keep people healthy and productive, but also help their families and their communities.The PositionThe role of Multi Channel Engagement Lead , you will drive multi-channel strategy development, implementation and enhance customer engagement tactics in Pakistan.You will be accountable to foster customer interactions through customer engagement models, lead piloting and execution of the multichannel projects & platforms.You will Collaborate closely with cross functional teams from marketing, medical, sales, commercial IT and other functions to ensure an applicable content development to assist business processes. You will collaborate also with specialized agencies to create solutions and projects delivering an outstanding customer and patient experiences and enhancing customer engagement.Individual will report to the Channel Engagement Director and will be a member of the Commercial Excellence Department of NN Pakistan.This position is in Karachi, Pakistan.Specific duties include, but not limited to:

  • Design, develop, implement and track of best-in-class customer engagement processes, tools, and stakeholder deliverables to support the Business units in the achievement of its business objectives and long-range goals and develop, communicate, and monitor the KPIs of multichannel activities, present to management and team, provide advice and ideas on possible actions.
  • Keep own and team knowledge of the digital marketing tools up to date to manage digital activities in the best possible way and develop and keep reporting on the methods, tools, results, and best practices in the complex of digital activities.
  • Conduct trainings for Sales and Head office teams aligned with the Future Frontline ambition of Novo Nordisk
  • Audit and improve (qualitatively) all channel campaigns and ensure that the needle is constantly moving forward
  • Leads the execution of change management efforts and collaborate with P&O and communication team to ensure organizational buy-in to this new approach.
Qualifications
  • Master?s / Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or Business Management
  • 4+ years of experience in pharma industry and 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing & Multi-channel Engagements.
  • Experience and knowledge in the digital marketing and relevant analytical tools.
  • Proven project and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building relationships with relevant stakeholders. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Urdu.
