About the job MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - CENTRE OF EXPERTISECOMPANY OVERVIEWOur Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance overall performance
  • Offer expert guidance to senior management on intricate HR matters, ensuring the implementation of best practices
  • Design, implement, and manage HR frameworks and policies to support a high-performance culture and meet organizational needs
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
  • Oversee HR budget planning and administration, ensuring salary structures are competitive and market-aligned
  • Design, manage, and review the organizations compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with market standards
  • Administer the companys incentive and bonus programs to drive employee motivation and reward high performance
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering adaptability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate organizational risks
Education
  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder, preferably in the discipline of Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing HR budgets and salary structures
  • Demonstrated capability in administering incentive and bonus programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and support senior management
Age
  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
