About the job MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - FLEET ACCOUNTSCOMPANY OVERVIEWOur Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role.Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass national lubricant revenue and volume targets for the segment by developing and implementing strategic sales plans to enhance market share and profitability
  • Conduct comprehensive marketing research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, guiding the introduction of comprehensive solution for the lubrication needs of the fleet segment
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for the product portfolio, considering market dynamics and profitability goals
  • Manage key accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of any issues
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
  • Provide technical expertise and address queries to ensure a thorough understanding of product specifications and benefits
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop segment specific promotional materials and campaigns
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of national sales strategies
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to regional account managers and sales representatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
Education
  • Minimum 16 years of education with preferably, Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably with majors in Business or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 3-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements:
  • Relevant lubricants business development experience specializing in commercial & automotive fleet segments, B2B sales or a related role within the industry
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and safety standards
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
Age
  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
