Be part of our life-changing careers and apply today!˙About the DepartmentThe Medical, Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance (MRPV) department at Novo Nordisk is one of the most diverse and collaborative groups within the organization. You will join a highly qualified team and report directly to the Director - Medical, Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance.The PositionThe individual will be accountable for administration, logistical support, overseeing the process control and checks for medical activities and maintaining the documentation and archiving of medical activities documents and handle various vendors involved to ensure smooth flow of the process have the capability to handle management team members. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

  • Provide administrative support to the medical affairs department, including but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the departments calendar.
  • Oversee the process control and compliance checks for medical activities and documentation, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the archiving of medical documents, including clinical study reports, protocols, and other medical affairs documents, maintain an organized filing system for medical documents and ensure that all documents are archived in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform quality control checks on medical documents and ensure that they meet the departments quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that medical activities are aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs for medical affairs activities and support the medical affairs team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must have a bachelor?s degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences and other related fields.˙
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in Pharmaceuticals are also encouraged to apply.˙
  • 2 to 3 years of a similar role within the healthcare industry, preferably in medical affairs in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and familiarity with the use of document management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for documentation and archiving and familiarity with medical terminology and processes are highly preferred.
