As we accelerate PMIs vision, we get to dream big too.With unique and transformative IT projects matching all levels of skill and ambition, weve taken on the spirit of a start-up, with the freedom to craft and define our digital future, but with the support and scope of a vast global business.Your ?day to day?-Contribute to execution of PMI strategy by leading all phases of assigned projects through application of project management practices.-Understand the business requirements; design, build and deploy or outsource IT solutions and services; provide maintenance and support, in alignment with PMI IT strategy.-Understand the B2C/B2B industry landscape, business portfolio and needs as well as the IT Strategy, IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions.-Understand customer needs (business & technical), participate in defining requirements and proposing solutions, and implement the agreed deliverables.-Plan, implement, monitor and close the project under the mentorship of a Project or Program Manager, using and adhering to Project --Management best practices.-Engage with customers on an ongoing basis to review project requests/anticipate needs, assess scope, manage resources/deliverables, documentation and provide timely feedback of work in progress in terms of what and how.-Implement the deployment and localization of the global IT system solutions as well as the design, build and deployment or outsourcing of the local IT solutions.-Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions.-Adhere to relevant PMI policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.-Assess project risks and contribute to resolution of project related issues by analysing, identifying and proposing solutions and seek approval from key partners to mitigate issues.-Actively participate in all local business projects and provide guidance to customers to enable them in implementing their strategic plans through the application of relevant principles, practices, standards, processes and tools within assigned scope.-Handle engagements and contracts with external consultants/contractors.-Supervise and direct people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.Who we?re looking forEducation:-University degree (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent)-Additional certificates/degrees in IT will be a plusExperience:- experience in Information Technology or Business Function with participation in at least 1 major projects (preferably in B2C) in a leading role-ITIL Foundation Certified will be preferred-Project Management Certified will be preferred-AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified will be preferredSkills:-SQL-SnowFlake/Matillion-MuleSoft Certified Developer or equivalent-Data Processing: data ingestion, modelling and transformation for business visualisation and KPI reporting-Risk and Issue Management-Cost Management-Lean Agile Methods, Tools and Way of Working-Data and Analytics Literacy-Project Governance-Planning and Scheduling-Cloud Essentials-Application Software Maintenance-Application Portfolio Management-Cyber Security, Crisis Management and Resilience-Data Privacy-Data Quality-Customer Relationship Management-Team and Resources Management-Written & Verbal CommunicationWhy should you join us?At PMI IT, we believe success to be fuelled by our employees, depended on them coming to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for challenge.
