We want to inspire and empower women to restart their careers through a 4 month project in a hybrid working model.Purpose of this Position:In this role you will be scaling and deploying digital route-to-market (RTM) solutions in Afghanistan post the Strategy & Program Delivery pilot in Kabul. You will also leverage best practices from the industry and within PMI to develop a locally relevant solution for a team of 15 DSRs in Kabul. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure that the selected vendor deploys a reliable support framework to resolve day-to-day issues with sales automation.Responsibilities:-Draw a comparison between current and desired DSR journey in Afghanistan-Create and recommend a high-level rollout plan for post-pilot expansion-Identify the best vendor to proceed with deployment based on pilot results-Undertake capacity building and training of DSRs in Kabul-Rollout a minimum viable product in Kabul-Share learnings and next stepsWho we?re looking for:-Female-Minimum work experience: 2 years in a permanent job before taking a career break-Minimum career break: 1 year-Minimum education: Bachelors degree or equivalent-3 or more years of experience in sales within an MNC will be a plus-Knowledge/experience with developing and deploying digital route-to-market (RTM) solutions-Able to deal with ambiguity and unforeseen challengesHiring steps:-Online application submission-Online test-Assessment center (virtual)-Job offer and onboarding??????What we offer:-Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
