We want to inspire and empower women to restart their careers through a 4 month project in a hybrid working model.Purpose of this Position:You will be joining our Legal function where the scale of our transformation means we?re effectively building a vast new business, at pace. In Legal, we have a big part to play in defining and shaping our legal approach towards assisting the business to achieve the final goal of delivering a smoke-free future. Major components include understanding the dynamics of the legal matter with respect to the Pakistani market and effectively advise relevant solutions. This deeper understanding of legal matters and the proactive approach of providing relevant advice is best achieved through working with the best talents with diverse types of skills who join us.In this role you will be able to understand the Legal function through undertaking the journey of being responsible for assisting the relevant Counsel in all aspects of legal matter preparation and file management. There will be 4 ambits assigned to you to help streamline the law department processes and administration. In this project you will apply yourself by providing accurate, relevant and timely advice to the Assistant General Counsel and Counsels on a variety of legal topics that relate to the assigned function.Responsibilities:-Draft routine legal documents for review and use by Counsels-Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial-Coordinate requests between multiple parties involved in legal matters by way of consistent communication with business partners and attorneys through life of project or matter-Analyze the available data and suggest the best possible solutions to solve a problem or caseWho we?re looking for:-Female-Minimum work experience: 2 years in a permanent job before taking a career break-Minimum career break: 1 year-Minimum education: Bachelors?degree in Law from an accredited college or university-2 or more years of law firm and/or corporate legal experience will be a plus-Knowledge of law office procedures and local court/jurisdiction rules and procedures-Strong research and analytical skills-Strong interpersonal and communication skills-Effective time management skillsHiring steps:-Online application submission-Online test-Assessment center (virtual)-Job offer and onboarding??????What we offer:Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
