We want to inspire and empower women to restart their careers through a 4 month project in a hybrid working model.Purpose of this Position:You will be joining our People & Culture (Human Resource) function where the scale of our transformation means we?re effectively building a vast new business, at pace. In P&C, we have a big part to play, defining and shaping our new customer-focused culture, organising functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.In this role you will be sustaining a learning and growth mindset in the organization by creating exciting content and engaging our colleagues through a blended learning approach. This will include ideation of engagement plans, content creation, execution and monitoring of the above.??Responsibilities:-Actively search and creatively design and implement effective solutions to sustain learning-Build content to push the right messages to build a learning mindset-Foster engagement around learning through activities, competitions and so on-Align key stakeholders to support and push this mindset amongst their colleagues-Monitor progress throughout the campaign through reports and dashboardsWho we?re looking for:-Female-Minimum work experience: 2 years in a permanent job before taking a career break-Minimum career break: 1 year-Minimum education: Bachelors?degree or equivalent-Preferable experience in HR, Communications and/or Marketing?-Learning / Engagement experience will be a plus-Strong interpersonal and communication skillsHiring steps:-Online application submission-Online test-Assessment center (virtual)-Job offer and onboarding??????What we offer:Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
