Position title: Lead Corporate OperationsDepartment: New VerticalsLocation: KarachiWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and 3PL Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the food and beverage industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our fulfillment and supply chain processes, as well as overseeing the operations of our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, supplier coordination, logistics optimization, and effective management of the 3PL warehouse.Responsibilities:? Coordinate and execute end-to-end fulfillment operations, from order placement to delivery,ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.? Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock reports from the 3PL warehouse, physicalinventory counts, and virtual inventory systems.? Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and optimizestock availability for high-demand SKUs.? Maintain an expiry tracker for inventory stored at the 3PL warehouse, taking proactivemeasures to minimize waste and spoilage.? Collaborate with the purchasing team to identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers,ensuring a reliable and diverse supplier base.? Process payments to suppliers and vendors, conducting due diligence and adhering topayment timelines.? Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse partner to optimize warehouse operations, includinginventory storage, order picking, and packing.? Manage the scheduling and coordination of delivery orders (DOs) with the 3PL warehouse,ensuring efficient allocation of resources.? Share advance shipment notes (ASNs) with the 3PL warehouse in advance and maintainrecords of delivery challans received from suppliers.? Collect and organize delivery challans for all orders delivered to corporate clients,collaborating with the finance team for accurate invoicing.? Maintain a comprehensive database of DO formats, purchase orders, delivery challans, andsales tax invoices received from suppliers.? Collaborate with the corporate accounts team to ensure timely order placement for stockdelivered to foodpanda for business clients.? Provide accurate data for monthly accruals related to total operations costs associated withfoodpanda for business.
