About the job JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION - PERFORMANCE REVIEWCOMPANY OVERVIEWOur Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role.Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and board packs
  • Conduct thorough analysis and provide insightful commentary on month-to-month financial performance
  • Monitor and report on the financial progress of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to budgets and achievement of expected outcomes
  • Compile segment reports as needed and support the completion of audits
  • Provide additional financial reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc basis
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and success stories
  • Create and present regular sales reports and presentations to management, highlighting trends and offering recommendations
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures aimed at enhancing internal controls
Education
  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Any other Finance certifications such as ACCA / CFA- Level 1, will be considered as a plus
Experience
  • Preferably 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in preparing monthly financial reports and providing detailed commentary on performance preferably
  • Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and related tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills and ability to prioritize work
Age
  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
