  • Responsible for acquiring a thorough understanding of customer?s needs through requirement gathering activities whilst collaborating with the client and internal team.
  • Document requirements, define scope and formulate system parallel to overall business strategies.
  • Conduct meetings and guide conversations with differing opinions, and communicate clearly and effectively with all the stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirements and designs analysis with the team to validate solution accuracy and efficiency.
  • Be able to operate across multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks in parallel.
  • Proactively answer questions, provide details and address issues among the internal team and all the stakeholders.
  • Independently perform functional and non-functional testing and providing walkthroughs to the clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering or relevant field will be preferred.
  • ˙Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience of working as an IT Business Analys
  • Well versed with Documentation (Functional Hierarchy, Scope of Work, User Stories, Business Requirements Document and Software Requirements Specification).
  • Knows how to construct workflow processes and diagrams using Visio or other relevant tools
  • ˙Must have experience in converting functional flow into wireframes using Balsamiq or other relevant tools
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptualization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a zest in building relationships with all stakeholders
  • Hands on experience of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Project Management tools (Jira, Asana or other relevant tools)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment leveraging continuous deliveries
